I have been a Chiropractor for 20 years. After graduating from RMIT in the class of 1999, I co-created a family focused Chiropractic clinic in Bayside Melbourne - called Living Chiropractic.

Over the last 20 years I have had the privilege of looking after many families from multiple generations using a hands on specific approach to the spine and nervous system. This technique is called Gonstead. 

In my 20 years of practice my passion for helping people reach their potential has only grown and my experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of a healthy nervous system through all phases of life. I have a strong belief in the natural healing ability of the body given the right environment. 

I am passionate about empowering all that enter my space on their health care journey to get back to their best self and help you understand how to build your resilience to stay there.
